Family Fun Finder ("the app") is operated by Stalwart Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled. The short version: we do not collect, store, or sell your personal information. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising trackers.
Your preferences — such as children's age ranges, budget settings, distance settings, and saved favorite activities — are stored only on your device. We cannot access this information, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.
With your permission, the app uses your device's location to find nearby activities and local weather. Your approximate coordinates are sent to the third-party services below solely to answer your searches. We do not store your location, track your movements, or maintain any location history on our servers — we operate no servers that receive your data.
The app sends search queries (which may include your coordinates or a place name you enter) to these services:
These requests are standard web requests and include your IP address, as with any internet service. We do not send these services your name, contact details, or any information about your children.
Some activities include links to third-party websites (for example, to book tickets). When you follow a link, you leave the app and the destination site's own privacy policy applies. We may receive a commission for bookings made through some links, but no personal information is shared by us as part of that.
Family Fun Finder is designed for parents and caregivers, not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Age-range preferences you set are generic categories stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us.
Because we do not collect or store your personal information, there is nothing for us to retain, sell, or breach. All app data lives on your device and under your control.
If the app's data practices change — for example, if we add accounts, subscriptions, or analytics in the future — we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date before those changes take effect.
